Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Ludu Arts Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi (“Ludu Arts”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile games (the “Games”). Our Games are free to play and supported by advertising.

1. Information We Collect

You do not need to create an account to play our Games, and we do not ask for your name, email address, or contact details. The following information is collected automatically when you play:

If you contact us for support, we also receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address and the content of your message.

2. How We Use Information

3. Sharing of Information

We share the information described above with trusted service providers that help us run our Games — advertising and ad-mediation networks, install-attribution and marketing-measurement services, analytics providers, and crash-reporting services. These providers process data on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information for money; however, sharing identifiers with advertising partners may qualify as a “sale” or “sharing” under some laws, and you can opt out as described in Section 5.

4. Advertising and Tracking

Our Games show third-party advertisements.

On iOS, we use Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework to ask for your permission before accessing your advertising identifier (IDFA) for tracking across apps and websites owned by other companies. If you allow tracking, we and our advertising and measurement partners may use the IDFA for personalized ads, attribution, and measurement. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be less personalized. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

On Android, you can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalization, in Settings → Google → Ads.

Where required by law (such as the GDPR in the EU), personalized advertising is enabled only after you give consent, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

5. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, and to withdraw consent at any time.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

6. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Retention periods vary by data type — for example, analytics data is retained for a limited period and then deleted or aggregated, and crash logs are kept only as long as needed to diagnose and fix issues.

7. International Data Transfers

Our service providers may process data on servers located outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Games are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we handle. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date above.
